At Managing On The Spectrum, our half-day workshop empowers neurodivergent leaders to excel in management by dispelling myths about neurodiversity and addressing the challenges of masking and stimming. Participants will acquire essential strategies for supporting neurodivergent employees, making this interactive session perfect for organizations looking to foster an inclusive work environment. Join us to cultivate understanding and enhance leadership skills that benefit everyone. Content includes: - Demystify common myths. - Highlight the impact of masking where individuals hide their neurodiverse traits to conform. - How to support neurodivergent employees This workshop is suitable for staff and organisations who are new to neurodiversity or as a refresher for individuals who are experienced. Cancellation Policy
📄 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Managing on the Spectrum Mentoring & Workshops 🎓 Workshops (Individual or Bundled Bookings) Notice Required: - Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled workshop to receive a full refund. - Partial Refunds: Cancellations made between 6-10 days prior may be eligible for a 50% refund. - No Refunds: Cancellations within 96 hours of the workshop are non-refundable. - Substitutions: Organisations may substitute attendees at no extra cost with prior notice.
