At Managing On The Spectrum, we are delighted to offer a series of impactful workshops designed to fully embed neuroinclusive practices within your organisation. Our sessions empower neurodivergent leaders, equipping them with essential skills and insights to thrive in management roles. Join us to create a more inclusive workplace that values diverse thinking and fosters innovative leadership! Works - Neurodiversity 101 which is a 1.5hrs workshop. The core focus is Foundational understanding and myth-busting. - Neuroinclusive Recruitment: From Job Ads to Interviews which is a 3.5 workshop. The core focus is inclusive hiring practices and adjustments - Designing neuroinclusive meetings which is a 2hr workshop. The core focus is accessible facilitation and team engagement - Reasonable adjustments at work which is a 2hr workshop. The core focus is HR & managers - Neuroinclusive leadership which is a 3hr workshop. The core focus is embedding inclusion into strategy and behaviour. Cancellation Policy
📄 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Managing on the Spectrum Mentoring & Workshops 🎓 Workshops (Individual or Bundled Bookings) Notice Required: - Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled workshop to receive a full refund. - Partial Refunds: Cancellations made between 6-10 days prior may be eligible for a 50% refund. - No Refunds: Cancellations within 96 hours of the workshop are non-refundable. - Substitutions: Organisations may substitute attendees at no extra cost with prior notice. Rescheduling Requests: Will be considered on a case-by-case basis, especially where access needs are involved. 💬 Access & Flexibility Managing on the Spectrum is committed to neuroinclusive practice.
