Cancellation Policy
📄 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Managing on the Spectrum Mentoring & Workshops 🎓 Workshops (Individual or Bundled Bookings) Notice Required: - Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled workshop to receive a full refund. - Partial Refunds: Cancellations made between 6-10 days prior may be eligible for a 50% refund. - No Refunds: Cancellations within 96 hours of the workshop are non-refundable. - Substitutions: Organisations may substitute attendees at no extra cost with prior notice.
